  The reason why I gave one star is because I have to!!! The lady is absolutely rude and lacking basic manner. Never smile or say hello when we pick up parcels every singe time. Today I was on the phone by the time to pick up my parcel, she yelled at me :" do you know how ANNOYING you are? You are disturbing my job!!!!" I was so surprised that the way how she expressed her anger. If she could have told me in a nice way, I can quick hang up my call and make a "better" working environment for her. We ended up a fight. I don't understand how such a untrained and unprofessional staff can work in there. Absolutely rude.
